At our present location since 1985, we have learned the simple rules of customer satisfaction; High quality work, performed for a fair price, delivered in a timely fashion. In the last twenty years, we have seen amazing changes in the performance boating market. Today, big horsepower, stepped hull designs, air cushioned tunnel cats and turbine powered monsters are setting the standards. Precision Marine is committed to keeping abreast of all the changes as they happen.
Mercruiser Technicians
Our staff includes Mercruiser Technicians that have been certified longer than many shops have been in business! With over 55 years of combined experience, it is easy to see why Precision Marine was selected to be a Premier Authorized Service Dealer by Mercury. Constant training keeps our staff educated with the newest advances in engine technology, particularly with advances of EFI and computer controlled engine and systems management.
Race Proven Results
The hardest test of any engine is the racing environment. All the limits are pushed to the extremes, and it's here that one discovers how experience and knowledge makes the difference between winning, and being towed back to the dock!
Precision Marine has built engines for numerous APBA Inboard classes including 2.5L, Stock, 2.5L Mod, 5L, SuperStock and KRR. Mike Allen, son of PM Co-Owner Billy Allen has 23 National and UIM World Championships spanning 1991-2004 and was twice inducted to the Hall of Champions, all with PM power.
